Holy guacamole, it is October already and the holidays are coming like crazy! I mean Halloween, thanksgiving , Christmas and new years. Since this year is going by so fast and it is almost over I wanted to do something new and special to finish the year strong. Right now I’m almost done with my first book “The Ultimate Fit and Happy Guide”, (that I hope comes out this month) where I will tell you everything you need to know for a healthier and happier life, things that a personal trainer will never teach you or not even themselves know. This book also comes with a complete journal, it is a wellness journal with a food log and a workout log. Usually they are sold separately but not anymore ladies! However, I understand as a single mother myself that had struggle… a lot, that sometimes it is hard for the moment to afford some things so I wanted to give my followers something to hang on for free while they can get their book and change their lives. Also, some of you might buy my book but won’t know how, where or why to get started and challenge them selves so this is were this idea pop-up. I knew that wanted to do monthly free challenges so I decided that I will divide my monthly challenges in three: the wellness challenge (this one), the health challenge (diet) and the fit challenge (workouts). Each of this topics have their own chapter in my book. You have no clue how exited I am about this challenges because I will be with you so I will be challenging myself too, so we all going to be in this together. I will do a facebook Q&A live, I will be posting daily on the group and guiding you for that day task. I also will be giving a gift to one lucky winner that I will choose randomly.
