PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CHIA SEEDS PUDDING

      Another super easy,healthy and delicious dessert that you can make in a few minutes the night before and leave it on the fridge and all you have to do is grab it the next morning and go!

Servings: 2                                                Prep: 5 minutes                                       Rest: 3 hour

Ingredients

1 ½ cups of coconut milk

1 tbsp of pure maple syrup

1 tsp of pure vanilla extract

3 tbsp of chia seeds

1 ½ tbsp cup of raw cacao power

1 ½ tbsp of chocolate protein power

 

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Cover and rest in the fridge three hours or better yet overnight.

You can eat as is or for a creamier consistency you can blend the pudding.

If blending, blend until it is a complete smooth and creamy pudding, scraping the sides often.

Top with mini chocolate chips.

Enjoy!
