Creamy Coconut Oatmeal


Servings: 2  Prep: 5 minutes    Cook: 10 Minutes

1 cup of oats

1 1/2 cups of coconut milk

1/2 cup of water

1 tbsp of coconut oil

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1/4 tsp of almond extract

1/4 tsp of almond extract

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of pink himalayan salt

Almonds, for topping

Pumpkin seeds for topping

Coconut flakes for topping

In a medium sauce pan add the oats with the milk and cook stirring constantly for 10 minutes.

Turn the heat off and add the rest of the ingredients and stir.  Serve and add toppings.
