Starting the morning 💪🏼 Overnight Matcha 🍵 Chia Seeds Oatmeal 😋 Ingredients: 🌿 Oats 🌿 Almond Milk 🌿 Matcha Power 🌿 Chia Seeds 🌿 Maple Sirope 🌿 Granola 🌿 Blueberries 🌿 Sliced Almonds In a cup add the milk with oats, chia and maple sirope, mix well and leave it n the fridge overnight. Next morning add the matcha and mix well, then, add blueberries, the granola and the almonds on top and enjoy. There are some superfoods that are a most in my every day meals and snacks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For healthy fats consumption I always have nuts and seeds, they are great for brain health and loosing weight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Also I always have chia seeds and spirulina as my source of omega-3 , as a vegan I don’t get my omegas on sea foods so chia seeds are a most. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Coconut oil is great substituye for canola oil when cooking.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Flax seeds are great for adding protein to your smoothies without any animal products. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kale and spinach is great for more protein and adding amazing nutrients to my meals.
